Welcome to Peanut Butter Paw
Do you cry watching pet adoption videos? So do we.
Every Dog Has a Story. Peanut Butter Paw Productions™ began with a rescue dog named Rue—and the belief that every dog has a story worth telling.
Rue came into our lives with a big personality, a lot of quirks, and an imagination all her own. Her story inspired Rue the Raptor Finds a Home, a children’s book about finding your place, being loved exactly as you are, and the magic that can happen when a rescue dog finally finds home.
What started with one book has grown into a little world of stories, stickers, and creations inspired by the dogs who make our lives better. Some stories are silly, some are heartfelt, and some celebrate the special bond between people and the animals they love.
We are also passionate about rescue, adoption, and providing information for families looking to open their homes to joy of rescue animals. Made for dog lovers, inspired by real dogs, and created with a whole lot of heart (and probably some peanut butter).
Our Core Goal
At Peanut Butter Paw Productions™, we believe in big dreams and wagging tails. We are growing into a heart-centered hub where whimsical storytelling meets serious support for all rescue dogs. Our dream is to become a vital resource that funds life-saving work, shines a spotlight on brave shelter souls, and inspires everyone to pick adoption. By blending playful creativity with a deep dedication to animal welfare, we are building a hopeful future where every rescue furry friend gets the hero’s welcome they deserve and the love they’ve been waiting for. 🐾
Creative Storytelling
We create charming books, stickers, tote bags, and cute merch to fund animal rescue. Each pawesome find helps spread kindness to furry friends.
Spreading Awareness
Our brand exists to be a voice for those in need, using creative media to inspire a new generation of animal advocates and lifelong rescuers.
Funding Rescue
Through every pawesome creation, we generate support for rescue organizations, ensuring that every creature finds a safe and loving forever home.
Rue Nose Best: Information All About Rescues
Rue is a 6-year-old California rescue and a mix of American Bully, Australian Cattle Dog, and Australian Shepherd. She’s smart, strong, energetic, and a little chaotic. As a puppy, she ran like a raptor straight out of Jurassic Park, inspiring her name: Rue the Raptor.
Rescued at just four months old, Rue arrived covered in fleas and afraid to come inside. Now, she has health insurance, steals every blanket she can find, and sighs more than any dog who has her own couch should.
Like many rescue dogs, Rue has her fears. Overhead lighting? Terrifying. Buttons? Suspicious. Highlighters? Absolutely not. Still, she tries every day to be the bravest dog she can be.
When she’s not facing her fears, Rue is busy destroying toys, playing tug-of-war, chasing squirrels, and enjoying car rides. She’s traveled across the country twice, sniffed her way through more than 15 states, and mastered countless tricks. Above all, she’s a loyal, loving reminder that rescue dogs don’t have to be fearless to be extraordinary.
Follow her adventures on TikTok at @rue.the.raptor for raptor zoomies, dramatic sighs, and plenty of joy.
